In spite of flaunting her incredible shape in a recent selfie, Paris Fury has stated that she needs to “get back to the gym”.

Less than a year has passed since the mother-of-seven gave birth to her youngest son, Rico, but she still looks amazing.

Paris showed off her figure in gym gear

The 34-year-old posted pictures of a coffee date with her 14-year-old daughter Venezuela and other Fury clan members on Instagram this morning, suggesting that she had a laid-back Monday.

Then, Paris—who is married to boxer Tyson Fury—shared a picture of herself with her admirers, showcasing her toned body while wearing a similar sports bra and blue and white gym pants.

The Loose Women actress, who frequently poses in glam on her Instagram feed, chose to go makeup-free today.

She previously revealed she works out three times a week

“Shower and activewear (not even going to the gym),” she captioned the story.

“P.S, I should get back to the gym” .

Paris has revealed the key to her toned body to her admirers.

Paris also enjoys boxing

The star of At Home With the Fury disclosed on her Instagram story that she uses the weight machine to work up her muscles three times a week.

Given that Tyson disclosed that his wife enjoys boxing, Paris too seems to have followed in her husband’s footsteps.

The boxer earlier posted a video of his wife wearing UFC gloves while working up a sweat by using a punch bag on Instagram.

Kristian Blacklock, the Gypsy King’s strength and conditioning coach, pushed Paris and Tyson through their paces during the session.

After the workout, Tyson posted, obviously pleased with his wife: “Another session done.

The couple, who have been married since 2008, also offered the country Instagram live exercise classes six days a week at 9 a.m. during lockdown.

Tyson acknowledged that Paris was in greater shape than him when she managed to keep up with his demanding 700 ab reps.
