On Thursday, she left the facility wearing black trousers and a grey hoodie, with a bandage covering her left hand.

During the break, Selena was observed smiling while chatting with someone.

According to InTouch Weekly, the celebrity is anticipated to remain at the center for “months.”

The Heart Wants What It Wants singer rocked a makeup-free face and loose, short brunette hair.

In a statement sent to People on August 30, she stated that she needed to take a step back and address her “anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.”

The brunette beauty postponed her Revival tour in order to recuperate from her lupus-related anxiety and melancholy.

“I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that taking some time off is the best way forward,” she told People.

“I hope others will be inspired to address their own issues by sharing this, as I know I am not alone,” the statement continues.

In a 2015 interview, she told Billboard that she visited the clinic to “spend some time on myself.”
