As hubby Tyson posted video of his partner training hard on a punch bag, Paris Fury demonstrated her boxing prowess.
Wearing UFC gloves, the 30-year-old, who recently joined the Loose Women panel, pounded away at the heavy bag.
As Paris continued to punch away, Tyson could be heard encouraging his wife in the video, which he posted to his 3.8 million Instagram followers on his story.
Kristian Blacklock, the Gypsy King’s strength and conditioning coach, also put Paris through her paces with Tyson.
Following their workout, Fury posted a video of the three of them, captioning it, “Another session done.”
“Another terrible day. It was another destroyed hour. Fantastic effort, Paris and Kristian. Well done.
During the first lockdown earlier this year, Paris and Tyson worked out together on a regular basis, with the mother of five keeping up with her husband’s demanding 700 ab reps.
Later, Tyson praised Paris’s fitness during their sessions and asserted that she could outwork his boxing opponents.
“She is more fit than I am, surpassing me now, I have made a monster,” he remarked.
Before continuing: “You are extremely fit. To be honest, she would outwork many boxers, and you would outwork many of them.
She is quite fit, and I can assure you that you are as well, Paris! You become extremely fit in about six-seven weeks.
After commemorating 12 years of marriage, Fury, who has yet to announce his opponent for his upcoming bout, lavished Paris with presents last weekend.
In addition to a pair of £890 J’Adior Slingback Pumps and some Christian Dior Dway Slides, which retail for £550, the 32-year-old sent his significant other Thornton’s chocolates and flowers.
