Life can be quite hectic for Paris Fury with six children, but she recently took some time for a family break to celebrate Mother’s Day. The wife of boxing champion Tyson Fury shared heartfelt posts with her 879,000 followers, highlighting a special early celebration with her mother and kids in the sunshine.
During the trip, Paris revealed that her mother had treated her to a two-hour massage and facial while keeping an eye on the children. She expressed her gratitude with a touching tribute: “A mother is your 1st friend, your best friend, your forever friend. Happy Mother’s Day to my mam and all you women out there who are mothers or like a mother to someone.”
In addition to celebrating her mother, Paris also shared a photo of her relative Savannah Frankham and reflected on the beautiful spring weather.
Despite her glamorous life now, Paris didn’t grow up in luxury. In her book, Love and Fury: The Magic and Mayhem of Life with Tyson, she recounts her upbringing in a traveller family in Doncaster. Paris shared that she didn’t have access to a proper bathroom or shower in their trailer, often queuing in the cold for a wash.
Her family adhered to Gypsy traditions, opting not to use indoor bathrooms due to hygiene concerns. Instead, they would head outside to a purpose-built wash block. Paris described this practice as an integral part of their culture, one that they grew accustomed to despite its challenges.
She fondly recalled how her mother maintained their trailer in immaculate condition, turning it into a “show home” with plenty of games, books, and clothes. The children’s trailer featured double beds and a bunk bed, but they preferred to snuggle together at night. Paris reminisced about the hearty traditional meals her mother would prepare, such as hotpot or shepherd’s pie, creating a warm family atmosphere filled with conversation, games, and movies.
Through her posts and reflections, Paris emphasizes the importance of family, tradition, and the values she learned growing up, showcasing a beautiful blend of her past and present.
