The musician and actor, who are both in their 30s, recently displayed their close friendship on TikTok and Instagram. In late 2022, they started posting images of their courtship on social media. They can be seen laughing together in a nice movie. Gomez tries to embrace Peltz Beckham while carrying a glass of juice. They are momentarily frightened by a sound that is not captured on camera. 

Startled, Gomez slips off the couch. Now they laugh even harder. Gomez, who plays the protagonist in “Only Murders in the Building,” said beneath the video, “When you need your best friend.”

Many of Gomez’s Instagram pictures reveal their hangout spots. In one photo, Peltz Beckham poses amusingly with her arm around Gomez while they both giggle. They are both dressed and have their bodies covered. In a another photo, they are cuddling on a couch, but their sweaters are too large. The final image shows them in swimsuit, lying on a couch outside beside a pool.

Gomez writes something on the photo, but Peltz Beckham doesn’t. It simply reads, “I love you so much!!”

The exact moment they first met is still unknown.

They traveled together a lot in 2022 after growing closer online. These three people traveled to Mexico to celebrate New Year’s together this year. In a humorous Instagram post, Gomez referred to them as a “throuple.” Among the things they have done together are attending Beckham’s football practice and having a Q&A for Wondermind, a website that Gomez helped launch. During the conversation, Gomez expressed her happiness at being a part of their tight connection.

During the Q&A, she said to Selena, “You have no idea how much we love you.” It was obvious that they both value their alone time together.
