Paris Fury left her newborn “bubble” behind to support her husband Tyson in Saudi Arabia, but she’s now excited to return home to baby Rico, especially after Tyson’s victory over Francis Ngannou.
The mother of seven expressed feeling like the “world’s worst mother” for leaving her five-week-old son, saying to iFL TV, “I feel like the world’s worst mother for leaving him at home.” However, she reassured herself, noting that her mother was looking after him, which made her feel better.
Paris mentioned her trip was brief, stating, “I’m only here for four nights, so I don’t feel too bad.” She is believed to be heading home now, having gone quiet on social media since then.
In the YouTube video interview, viewers took to the comments, with many defending her parenting skills. One commenter wrote, “You can just tell that she’s a brilliant mum,” while another noted, “No one can accuse her of being a bad mother; that documentary showed she’s raised their kids mostly on her own.”
Others praised her for managing a large family, saying, “Paris is the champ in the Fury household,” and “She keeps the family together; good on the lady.” One commenter remarked, “Tyson better be grateful for his old-school queen and support system.”
In the interview, Paris discussed the sacrifices Tyson has made due to his boxing career, including missing the birth of their son, Rico. “He has made serious sacrifices in his life—things people don’t see,” she explained. “But look at where he is and what he’s done for his family.”
Despite Paris hoping Tyson might retire soon, she confirmed he plans to return home for a week before starting camp again. “It’s a lot for the body to take on, but I know he can do it,” she said.
While in Saudi Arabia, Paris attended a gala dinner with heavyweight champions and supported Tyson during his match against Ngannou. Although Tyson was knocked down in the third round, he won the fight in a split-decision outcome that many considered controversial.
