Teen icons Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have officially confirmed their relationship by making their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Los Angeles.
As they shared long kisses for the cameras outside the event and proudly displayed a photobooth picture of their affectionate moment, it was clear they were a couple. Wrapped in each other’s arms, they gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes while posing for photographers outside the Sunset Tower Hotel.
The couple even coordinated their outfits, with 16-year-old Bieber wearing a red pocket square with his black Dolce & Gabbana suit to match 18-year-old Gomez’s stunning red gown, also by D&G. Gomez accessorized her Grecian-inspired dress with Brian Atwood heels, a Judith Leiber bag, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Gomez and Bieber were first linked romantically last year after several meetings, including Gomez visiting Bieber on his tour bus.
However, the Disney stars avoided commenting on their relationship for months, often being coy about their status.
Recently, a daring fan asked Bieber during an MTV Q&A if he was dating the talented singer and actress. He responded, “I think anyone would be lucky to date her. She’s a great person.”
He added, “I like girls with pretty eyes and nice smiles. I enjoy girls who are funny because I love to laugh and joke around.” Gomez has also been coy about Bieber, stating she sees the Never Say Never star as family.

Recalling their first meeting, Gomez said, “When he started coming over from Canada, his manager contacted me to arrange a meeting, and he was just such a good kid. I feel like a big sister now, wanting to protect him.”
When asked about “Bieber Fever” at last month’s Grammy Awards, Gomez told Access Hollywood, “I love him. He’s been in my life for a long time. He’s my friend.”
Gomez mentioned she wasn’t concerned about the attention surrounding her relationship with Bieber, despite Kim Kardashian receiving threats from fans when she joked about a mutual crush.
Gomez laughed, saying, “I think it’s great that people are interested—I don’t understand why.” Bieber and Gomez looked thrilled to be mingling with Hollywood stars at the Vanity Fair party as they entered the exclusive event.
Earlier that evening, Bieber had expressed support for Hailee Steinfeld, the True Grit star, wishing her luck for the Best Supporting Actress Oscar.
He tweeted: “Good luck to my friend Hailee Steinfeld tonight at the #oscars.
