At a SAG-AFTRA event in Los Angeles this week, Selena Gomez met up with Zoe Saldana and Karla Sofia Gascon, who she worked with on Emilia Perez.

Karla is the lead in the Spanish-language musical comedy. She plays a cartel boss who pretends to die so she can change her gender and become a woman. 

Emilia Perez got a lot of praise at its opening at the Cannes Film Festival. Sofia, Zoe, Karla, and Adriana Paz, who was also in the movie, shared the award for best actress.

The movie opened in a few theaters in the US and Canada on November 1. It finally came out on Netflix this Wednesday, and reviewers loved it.

At the Meryl Streep Center For Performing Arts on Wilshire Boulevard, all three of the group’s best actresses have come together wearing black to match.

On Tuesday night, they went to the venue for an event called SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations Presents Emilia Perez.

If you put on a sleek black jacket over a matching top and a tie that is worn loosely, Selena looks like she is ready for work.

She put the outfit together with black shoes and jeans with a high waist. For her most recent night out, she wore her dark hair down.

Zoe, on the other hand, wore a black v-neck sweater tucked into her fossil gray floor-length skirt to show off her enviably slim waist.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star made her skin look beautiful with natural-looking makeup while tease her hair into beautiful waves.

She added a little sparkle to her outfit with a necklace and a few rings that sparkled. She rolled up her sleeves to make the outfit look casual.

Karla wore a black wrap blouse and silver flowy pants. She was the first publicly transgender person to win the best actress award at Cannes.

Cara Hool, a casting director, posed with them on the red carpet. She was going to interview them live at The Meryl Streep Center For Performing Arts.
