A$AP, who enlisted the help of lawyer Joe Tacopina, entered a not guilty plea on January 8 to two charges of assault with a semi-automatic handgun related to the shooting death of his longtime buddy A$AP Relli (born Terell Ephron) in 2021.
Although there is no video showing Ephron being shot in the hand, prosecutors did collect footage of Rocky, who faces up to eight years in prison if found guilty, reportedly holding a gun.
