A young fan told the star that she leads “generations with confidence, style, and grace” and that she is an inspiration to kids like her. This made the star cry.

The singer, actor, and businesswoman, who is 32 years old, also said that all sales of her makeup line Rare Beauty at Sephora on World Mental Health Day (October 10) would go to her Rare Impact Fund.

Selena wrote on the post, “Every purchase of a Rare Beauty product will go toward giving more young people around the world access to mental health resources and support.”

The 32-year-old singer, actress and entrepreneur announced that 100% of the sales of her makeup brand Rare Beauty at Sephora on World Mental Health Day (Thursday, October 10) would benefit her Rare Impact Fund

“Your help means a lot to me, and I’m so thankful to be able to #MakeARareImpact for a second year.” “Thank you so much, you guys,” the mental health champion wrote.

Selena also talked about her mental health. She said that she tends to be alone a lot, which she called “scary.”

It was in the clip that Selena shared in her video that a young fan introduced her. She tried not to cry.

The star holds up a Sephora bag in one picture that has a sticker on it that says “I made a Rare Impact.”

Selena looked stylish in a black blouse and white pants. She wore little makeup, which showed off her amazing natural beauty. 

According to the Rare Beauty website, Selena and her company Rare Beauty have promised to make it easier for young people to get mental health services and education. This is called the Rare Impact Fund.

The website also said that the company is raising $100 million for the cause. 

In the same conversation, Selena talked about her mental health and was asked what she does when she’s having a bad day.

In 2020, the star was told she had bipolar illness. She said she would talk to friends and people she “trusts.”

“Isolating myself when I’m not feeling well can be scary at times.” I have all of these thoughts. Selena told Page Six, “But being with people who make me feel good and like I can say anything always helps me.”

Additionally, she said that she does talk to her therapist when she is having a bad mood, but she doesn’t “want to call my therapist too much.”

The actress also said that her 11-year-old sister Gracie is “very sweet and innocent, and she makes me feel very grounded.”

When she’s feeling stressed, the actor makes sure to take some “me-time.”
