On Monday, Selena Gomez put on a brave face when she went to the premiere of her new movie Emilia Perez. This was after she talked about her problems with infertility. 

The recently named billionaire, who is 32 years old, said she has no plans to get pregnant. She looked stunning in a black sequined evening gown on the red carpet. 

The French musical crime comedy Emilia Perez is in Spanish and was written and directed by Jacques Audiard. Zoe Saldana also stars in the movie.

Gomez seemed happy for the cameras when she got there, even though she had said some things the day before the opening.  

I’m sorry, but I can’t carry my children. There are a lot of health problems I have that could put my life and the baby’s in danger. She told Vanity Fair, “That was something I had to grieve for a while.”

Lupus is an autoimmune disease that Gomez has, and she had a kidney donation in 2017. She also takes medicine to help with her bipolar illness.

“But that makes me feel a lot better.” I’m thankful that there are wonderful people who are willing to adopt or do surrogacy, which are both big options for me, she said.

“It made me very grateful for the other things that people who want to be moms can do.” “I’m one of those people,” she said next.   

“I’m looking forward to that trip, but it will be a little different.” I don’t care in the end. I’ll have it. She told him, “It will be my baby.”

Mandy Teefey, Selena Gomez’s mother, was adopted, and Gomez has said for years that she is open to adopting a child. 

“If Teefey hadn’t been adopted, I probably wouldn’t be here.” I have no idea how her life would have been. We’re thankful for how life turned out. 

Any way it goes, her loving boyfriend Benny Blanco is on board. 

The singer started dating the music artist about a year ago, around the same time that her summer hit “Single Soon” came out. 

The couple may now be ready for the next step. 

The host of The Howard Stern Show brought it up in May with an interview. 

Stern told Blanco, “You are some boyfriend, you’re knocking it out of the park,” when he told him about his big Valentine’s Day present. It came with all of Gomez’s favourite snacks and a special movie showing.

“I see love here, I think they’ll get married,” the shock jock said. He answered, “You and me both.”

For the October 2024 cover story of Vanity Fair, the Emilia Perez star also said, “He can’t lie.” 

“I was laughing so hard after the interview.” Say, “Anything else you wanted to put out there?” ‘

The singer of “Calm Down” said she wasn’t pushing Blanco to ask her to marry him. 

She said, “We always make sure to protect what we have, but there are no rules.” “I want him to be himself all the time.” I want to be myself all the time.

“I am not going to change my name.” My name is Selena Gomez. “That’s it,” she said.

She told the news source, “Before I met my boyfriend, I was single for five years, but I did go on a few dates.”
