The Hailey Bieber vs. Selena Gomez debate won’t go away on the internet.

This week, fans of the 30-year-old singer and actress found more than ten-year-old tweets from Hailey, who is 26 years old. In the tweets, she showed how much she loved Selena and Hailey’s then-boyfriend Justin Bieber.

In May 2011, someone tweeted, “I’m for sure 100% team #Jelena.” Another person said, “I don’t care what anyone says but Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez together is the definition of a teenage dream!”

Some Selena fans even said that the founder of RARE Beauty, who talked about having a helper post for her on social media, was to blame for not using the old internet troll against Hailey.

Someone on Twitter said, “Selena is better than me because she can use all the embarrassing stuff about Hailey that’s online against her.” 

Someone else wrote, “Selena is a better person than me because I would have ended Hailey with this,” along with a picture of two 2011 tweets from “Jelena.”

This comes after Selena said she would be taking a break from social media after supporting her “best friend” Taylor Swift when an old video of Hailey making fun of her was found.

In the old video, Method Man, who used to co-host the show Drop The Mic with Bieber, hinted at a “rap battle full of the meanest lyrics about a celebrity since Taylor Swift’s last album.” This made Hailey act like she was throwing up, which made Bieber laugh. 

In a reply below the post, Selena said, “Sorry, my best friend is and will always be one of the best in the game.” 

The woman with the most followers on Instagram went on Live last Thursday to say she was taking a break from the internet because of the reaction she got for what some saw as a dig.

Before she made her statement, she said she wouldn’t say sorry for being herself and was “happy to be surrounded by the best friends and fans.”

She told them, “I’m going to take a break from social media because this is silly and I’m 30.” I’m too old for this.

However, I love you all very much and look forward to seeing you soon. I need to take a break from everything.

Before her Live, Selena shut down her account. But her Instagram account is still live. 

Fans even brought up Kylie Jenner at one point, saying they thought the billionaire was making fun of Selena.

This happened after Gomez said online that she had put too much glue on her eyebrows.

At the end of the day, Kylie posted a picture with the words “This was an ???” written over her eyebrows.

The founder of Kylie Cosmetics denied being dishonest with Gomez and even claimed that she and the actress were fighting.

What the 25-year-old mother of two wrote in a message under a video by @devotedly.yours on Wednesday: “This is reaching.” I never said anything bad about Selena, and I didn’t see her eyebrow posts!

In the post, she also said, “You guys are making something out of nothing.”

“This is silly,” the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said to end the comment.

Gomez then said, “I agree, @kyliejenner.” It’s all not needed. I like Kylie! 

Justin Bieber dated Selena on and off, but in 2018 he married Hailey Baldwin.

Some Selena fans have been mean to Hailey on social media for a long time, but both women have denied that they have a problem with each other.
