People who like Selena often criticise Benny because he doesn’t look like her. This isn’t a new problem. But all of a sudden, Selena decided to defend her boyfriend by commenting on a TikTok video from four months ago: “This video is actually funny because I was dealing with severe depression back then.” What made the movie stand out was that Justin’s song “Company” played in the background.

Many people on the internet are angry that Selena Gomez keeps bringing up old problems. People see this as an attempt to imply that her time with Justin caused her a lot of worry and depression. Also, Selena is said to have been jealous and trying to start a fight because she said those things on the same day that Justin shared a video of himself and Hailey Bieber showing how happy they were and how she was pregnant.

It’s been a long time since Selena and Justin were together, but she still gets flak for bringing up old problems to stay current. Some people think she is great at drama because she uses “algorithms” to bring up old issues and stories to get people and the media’s attention.

Some Selena fans support her by saying that the song “Company” is not about her and has nothing to do with her. It’s actually a song about a love that isn’t serious.

Besides that, the TikTok video in question was shot in October 2015, which is after Selena broke up with Justin Bieber. Zedd and Niall Horan (One Direction) were Selena’s short-term boyfriends in 2015. This makes it seem like Selena might not have been talking about Justin when she said that.
