This past Friday was the first day of Coachella’s first weekend, and stars like Selena Gomez and The Weeknd were there to see Travis Scott perform. 

The Canadian singer and the executive producer of 13 Reasons Why were seen hanging out in the VIP area. The Weeknd led the way for Selena, who followed closely behind and held his hand. 

You thought chivalry was dead? At one point, The Weeknd even put his arms around Selena to protect her from the huge crowd of fans. They were almost impossible to separate the next day as they walked around the fair grounds hand in hand and kissed.

Selena, who looked adorable in a Falling Floral dress, also marked the event by sharing the first picture of herself and The Weeknd together on Instagram.

The Weeknd surprised fans when he took the stage with rapper Nav on Saturday night, even though Coachella’s plan had been known for a while. Selena didn’t go on stage with him, but we’re sure she was somewhere close cheering him on.
